Yes. The Developer plan is free forever. It includes one project, conversation monitoring on Reddit and Bluesky, AI-generated replies, and the Chrome extension. X conversation monitoring, full directory access and auto-posting require a paid plan.

There is no separate trial, but you can start with the free Developer plan to explore the dashboard, set up your first project, and see how conversation monitoring works. Upgrading takes one click and you only pay from the moment you subscribe.

All paid plans include full directory access, auto-posting, and the Chrome extension. They differ in the number of projects you can run simultaneously. Business is for growing companies with a handful of brands. Agency is for teams managing many clients. The Directory Database plan is a one-time purchase for access to the directory list without social features.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You are charged on the same date each month. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. VAT is added where applicable and shown before you confirm. All invoices are available in your account.

Yes. You can cancel from your subscription page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your subscription page. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new price takes effect at the next billing date.

Your projects, submission history, and conversation data remain in your account after cancellation. You keep read access on the free Developer plan. If you resubscribe later, everything is still there.

No. Reddit, Bluesky, and X are all included in your RelevantReply subscription. You connect your accounts with one click and there are no additional API costs.

The Directory Database is a one-time payment. You get permanent access to the full list of curated directories with SEO metrics, submission tracking, and the Chrome extension. No recurring charges.

We do not offer automatic refunds, but if you are unhappy within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will work it out. The free plan lets you evaluate the product before paying.
